Red4, a licensed Colorado brokerage, represented the Seller and Buyer in the sale. Brett Morganti, CCIM & Dan Emert, worked closely with the Seller and Buyer, as well as the parties’ other professionals, to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale. The final sale price is confidential.
Quality Inn & Suites Steamboat Springs is a 52 key limited service, interior corridor, midscale franchised hotel. The Quality Inn & Suites is situated with prime visibility on US Highway 40 less than one mile from the Ski Area and less than 5 miles to downtown.
