The 62-room hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 71 midway between Louisville, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. It was sold to an experienced hotel owner/operator group with other franchise hotels. The hotel will be refreshed to new Choice standards. “Due to the location of the asset, the hotel has significant upside potential remaining for the new owner through capital improvements and maintaining property operations. The commercial use land is ideal to build hotel, restaurant, office, etc.,” said Niehaus.
