Hotel Brokers International was founded in 1959 by nine regional brokerage offices who joined forces to create a network for cooperative sales, to share expertise, pool resources and raise the level of professionalism in hotel real estate sales. Today, HBI is the largest and oldest organization of its kind and enjoys a rich heritage of experience and success in hotel real estate valuation, transactions and other essential advisory services.

Our focus is exclusively on the hotel industry and our brokers are the experts in hotel real estate sales. They have closed more than 11,000 transactions representing owners of the leading hotel brands, as well as unbranded boutique hotels, bed and breakfast properties and condo-hotels.
