The Hotel is well-located along a highly trafficked corridor of US-74 near major companies and numerous local attractions and serves as a midway point between Charlotte and Wilmington. The Hotel will remain in the Hampton System for 5 years and is well positioned to continue to benefit from the increased activity along the I-74 corridor.
We are very pleased to announce that the sale of this hotel exceeded $103,000 per room despite the challenges of a limited 5-year term to the Hampton flag. Our marketing process garnered significant attention from regional investors, and we continue to see strong investor interest in hotels throughout the Carolina region.
