Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Holiday Inn Express located in Corydon, Indiana. Brandt Niehaus, President of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., and member of Hotel Brokers International was the Broker in the transaction.

The 57-room hotel has a convenient central location, close to business centers in Corydon, New Albany, Clarksville, and Louisville as well as fun attractions, historic landmarks, theme parks, casinos, cave tours, golf courses, shopping, dining, and entertainment. It was sold to an experienced hotel owner/operator with other IHG franchise hotels.
