Lodging Partners, LLC, a member of Hotel Brokers International, is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The 65-Unit, eight-story Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach has sold to a regional owner/operator of select-service hotels. The Hotel is well located directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Splashes Water Park, and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Lodging Partners exclusively represented the Seller on this transaction.
