Huff, Niehaus Closes Two Midwest Hotel Transactions in June
Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., member of Hotel Brokers International, announces the successful sale of two separate hotels in different markets during June. Both hotels were exclusively listed and sold by Brandt Niehaus, President of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc.
“I am glad to have been a part of each transaction and to assist my clients with finding qualified buyers for their assets. With vaccines for COVID encouraging travelers to get out, revenues are rising. Many investors with cash are looking for their next hotel to buy. Now is an excellent time to sell as values approach 2018 and 2019 prices,” said Niehaus.
The assets in these transactions included an independent property and the other an IHG branded hotel located in Kentucky and Indiana. The 108-room family-owned Riverside Inn was sold to an experienced hotel owner/operator with several mid-market franchise hotels. The 62-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites was sold to a multi-unit IHG franchisee. Both buyers intend to invest additional dollars into renovations to ensure increasing revenues. Further details of the transactions are confidential.
