Lodging Partners, LLC, a member of Hotel Brokers International, announces the sale of the Hampton Inn Selma/Smithfield. The 76-guestroom hotel is located on I-95 in Selma, North Carolina, has sold to a regional owner/operator of select-service hotels. Lodging Partners exclusively represented the seller on this transaction, with the marketing and negotiations led by Ford Barton, Principal of Lodging Partners, LLC.

The Hotel is well-located in Selma, North Carolina, within the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan region. The hotel has excellent visibility along I-95 at its junction with US-70, and US-70 provides access to Raleigh and top-rated North Carolina beaches. The Hotel is also proximate to many major companies, shopping and dining options, and numerous local attractions, including Carolina Premium Outlets.
