Red4, a licensed Colorado brokerage, represented the Seller and Buyer in the sale. Brett Morganti, CCIM & Dan Emert, worked closely with the Seller and Buyer, as well as the parties’ other professionals, to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale prior to auction. The final sale price is confidential.
Comfort Inn Salida is a 45 key limited service, interior corridor, upper midscale franchised hotel. Comfort Inn is situated with prime visibility and backs to the Arkansas River.
