Mr. Barton’s hospitality real estate experience includes single asset and portfolio acquisitions, sales, and franchise development in the select and full service market segments. During his career, Mr. Barton has acted in hundreds of hotel transactions, with an aggregate value exceeding $2.1 billion. His multi-dimensional experience includes senior level real estate acquisition and disposition, asset management, franchise development, and new project development. Mr. Barton’s experience in hotel acquisition, franchising, and brokerage has been evidenced by his participation in over 780 property transactions, involving independent and franchised hotels, land sites and other forms of commercial real estate.
